Yes, we provide on-site maintenance services at Diablo Pointe Apartments.

No, you may give us permission to enter your unit.

We will paint, clean and renovate the unit if needed.

Residents are advised to login to their resident portal to submit a maintenance request.

Residents are advised to login to their resident portal to submit a request for a new key or stop by the office. If keys lost, replacement fees are: $50 for amenity key, $25 for mailbox key, $25 front door key. If it is not during business hours, residents are advised to call a local local locksmith.

Yes, one assigned parking space is provided per unit and off-street parking is available as well.

No, we do not have a dog park at Diablo Pointe Apartments.

No, we do not offer furnished apartments at Diablo Pointe Apartments.

The pool at Diablo Pointe Apartments is chlorine.

The pools are open Monday - Sunday from 9:00 AM - 10:00 PM.

A refrigerator, stove and dishwasher come standard in all units.

Yes, our community has a 50 lbs weight limit for dogs as well as certain breed restrictions. Please contact our community for more information.

No, it does not cost anything to take a tour.

Both! We accept walk-ins and offer scheduled tours at our community.

Yes, we accept guarantors / co-signers at Diablo Pointe Apartments.

Money order, cashiers check or online payments via resident portal are acceptable.

If you break a lease there is a penalty fee equivalent to two months rent.

Call PG&E to set up an account at 1-800-743-5000 to start service. For cable, Call 1-800-XFINITY. Water, Garbage, Sewer account has been set up by the company.

Yes, there is a bus line in front of the property.

We are located in the Walnut Creek School District.

Driving directions: From the North Bay take I-680S exit S Main St, then turn left onto S Main St. Then Turn right onto Creekside Dr. The community will be on your left. If you are traveling from the South Bay, take I-680N and take exit 45A to merge onto S Main St toward Walnut Creek. Then turn right onto Creekside Drive, the property will be located on your left.

For Future Residents

Yes, residents of Diablo Pointe Apartments are required to purchase renter's insurance.

You can do both. For an appointment call our office at 925-930-9625.

No, there is no discounts for signing a longer lease or paying in advance.

The office is open 7 days a week; Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM and Weekends 9:30 AM - 3:30 PM.

Ask for a property map upon arriving for a tour.

All units are delivered clean, painted and in some cases renovated.

There is minimal ambient noise at the property.

The apartment comes with one assigned parking space at no additional cost. 

We have 7 laundry rooms on site.

 To a reasonable degree, it is encouraged residents use adhesive picture hangers to avoid putting holes in the walls.

Residents can submit work order maintenance requests by logging into their resident portal.

Yes rent and utiliites such as water, garbage and electricity are paid for by the resident.

Residents may not sublet their unit. Additionally, renters living in apartments in Walnut Creek generally cannot Airbnb their unit without first getting explicit permission from their landlord, as most leases prohibit subletting or short-term rentals without prior approval. Walnut Creek also has specific regulations regarding short-term rentals, requiring hosts to obtain a business license and comply with zoning rules before listing on Airbnb. 

Yes to both. The pet fee for dogs is a $500 deposit, and a $50 montly pet rent. For cats it's a $400 deposit per cat,  and $30 monthly pet rent per cat.

Building quiet hours are 10:00 PM - 9:00 AM and no fee to use communal spaces.

 All roommates are responsible for making sure rent is paid on time.

Yes you will need to pay a new security deposit at the new community. You will receive your deposit minus applicable charges from your current community.
